This month, we invite you to discover the Neighbourhood Kitchens initiative, which promotes community cooking, cooking as a way of connecting people, cooking that brings people together, encouraging them to share tips, flavours and ideas for avoiding waste, both in terms of ingredients and money.
"Neighbourhood Kitchens" is practically our neighbour: the association's headquarters are located at Zinneke!
So we slipped into their big annual party, a gathering of neighbourhood kitchens from different parts of Brussels to share experiences. Listen, discover, and... get your mouth watering!
