On 13 February, Turkish-born Belgian director Tülin Özdemir presented her documentary Red Moons at Track (North Station) as part of the Moussem Cities Istanbul festival. The film is about Tüncay, the director's aunt, whose whole life is turned upside down by a teenage marriage and an early pregnancy.
Nurcan and her daughter Açelya, two participants in a radio workshop given prior to the festival, were lucky enough to meet Tülin Özdemir just before the screening of the film for a moment of exchange and sharing that we share with you here.
