The country is on the move, the region is on the move, the communes are on the move, the neighbourhoods are on the move. It's not always easy, but in these sometimes hectic or... halting times, the Northern Quarter is also on the move! Last month, the Héliport-Anvers neighbourhood project inaugurated its new anchor point in the district, the aptly named "Coin des Voisins", located on the corner of Heliport Avenue and Antwerp Roadway. It's a street-side venue for everyone, open to the neighbourhood. A place with many faces. During the inauguration, we met Frederik Ceulemans, the new alderman in charge of Urban Renewal, Climate, Citizen Participation and Dutch-speaking Affairs. Trained as an architect, the 35-year-old politician is convinced that a city is built not only from bricks and structures, but also with and by the people who live there. Let's hear what he has to say about the district and his initiatives.
