8 March is International Women's Rights Day.
Rights that are increasingly under threat, neglected and forgotten in today's world.
In November 2024, we took you on a journey to discover the feelings of a woman on the streets, with a project then called "Poésie Masculine". An immersive experience presented at Bourse. We followed a group of police officers who immersed themselves in the experience and then discussed the relationship with urban space with various women (singer Françoiz Breut, lawyer Maryll De Coman, local residents, etc.).
This March, the Poésie masculine project, a harassment simulator renamed "5 minutes in my shoes", is returning to Bourse.
Once again, we invite you to experience the urban reality of a woman's life... because months and years may pass, but things remain cruelly the same.
At Radio OhKaai, we dream of not having to rebroadcast this programme on 8 March... and that every day could be 8 March.
